How to place an order?

Placing an order on our website is quite simple. Just go to our page, search the products and quantities you want to buy and add them to the cart.


When you complete the order, you only have to fill in the required fields and make the payment.

Orders will be processed only after the settlement of payment.

What to do in case of stock break?

In the event of a stock break, we ask the customer to try a few days later, as our stock replenishment is frequent.

Can I cancel or change my order?

If the order you wish to cancel has not been sent, the order may be canceled.

If you want to change or cancel something related to the order, we ask that you contact us as soon as possible through the tab on the Contats us site, by e-mail: comercial@frijobelglobal.com or (+351) 239 569 222.

In the case of the client having an account at sudd.pt site, you can follow all the states of your order.

Where can I get an invoice of my order?

When your purchase is made through the customer account of our website you can find all the information about the orders in the respective section.

If you need to send the invoice by e-mail, in case of need or offer, we ask that you contact us to proceed with the respective sending.

How can I check the status of my order?

Through the site sudd.pt you can follow through your customer account the order process.

However, in order to track the status of your order you will be sent an email with the information and link to the "track" of the shipment.


SHIPPING

When the process of my order starts?

The process will start automatically after you place your order online. First, we confirm the stock of the requested products, we verify the payment method used and if it has already been made the respective settlement of the same.

In case of products that are in stock, and depending on the location to which we will send, the time can vary between 24h to 48h useful to be processed and shipped.

What is the cost of shipping?

The amount charged reflects the cost of transportation according to the place of delivery, the weight of the products and the safety bags used to transport the goods.

In general, an order takes 24 to 48 hours to be delivered to mainland Portugal, 2 to 10 business days to the Islands and in Europe within 3 to 5 business days. (With some exceptions that we are unaware, such as natural disasters).

If you want to know the cost of shipping to your area, you can do so by simulating a purchase on sudd.pt.

You can simulate a purchase by adding the desired products to the cart and finalizing the order with all the information intended for the purpose.

What to do if you can’t be present when the order is delivered?

The carrier makes deliveries Monday through Friday during office hours. In case of being unable to be present at the time of delivery of the order, the carrier will try for 2 consecutive business days, leaving a notification and respective telephone contact.

How can I change my account information?

To change your account information, simply log in to sudd.pt and access the first menu in the upper right corner of the site and edit the information you want.

I forgot my password, what can I do?

In case of forgetting the password, don’t worry, we help you to reset it.

When you are on the Login page, click on the "Forgot?" Link and fill in the requested fields.

What are the advantages of having Frijobel Global account?

Having an account at sudd.pt allows you to save information regarding payments, shipments and follow the process of sending your orders. You'll also have access to your shopping history and the ability to create a wish list with your favorite products. All information provided by the client is confidential in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
