The Olive Tuna Fillet is made from Tuna (Skipjack-Eutynnys Katsuwonus) pelamis, Yellowfin-Thunnus (NeoThunnus) Albacar or Bigeye - Thunnus (Parathunnus obesus), is kept in Olive oil, in hermetically sealed containers and subjected to heat treatment in order to guarantee the sterility of the product.
Ingredients: Tuna (65%), Olive Oil (34%) and salt.
